Job title: Marketing Executive

Reporting to: Head of Strategy & Marketing

Location: Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

The Opportunity

The Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the effective delivery of the regional campaign and Account Based plans for North America, UK, Europe and APAC. The successful candidate will deliver performance across all core marketing disciplines, as well as work with colleagues to conceptualise exciting global campaigns that are all designed to deliver sustainable growth for the business.

What you’ll be doing

The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

  • Designing and implementing integrated multichannel marketing activities and tactical campaigns, aligned with regional commercial objectives
  • Working with a world-class marketing team, and industry-leading external suppliers, to build and deploy assets through CRM, email, social media, website and advertising channels
  • Project managing the production of new product launch initiatives, in partnership with our Category Management team
  • Copywriting for web, email, social media, and PR
  • Supporting the creation of visual assets for web, email, and social media
  • Supporting market trend research and report writing requirements
  • Working with key stakeholders to ensure all global messaging is aligned with our evolving VP
  • Partnering with Sales in the provision of marketing support to drive new business wins and enhance our customers’ experience
  • Supporting all global PR activities and Media Planning for the Group
  • Supporting internal, customer engagement, and investor relations events
  • Report on campaign performance to senior management using a suite of analytics platforms

What we’re looking for

You should be personable, friendly and supportive, acknowledging that you’ll get to work with colleagues from all seniority levels across all departments on a daily basis.

  • Educated to degree level, with a degree in marketing, communications, or business management OR qualification from Chartered Institute of Marketing
  • Three to five years’ experience of working across ambitious and complex campaigns within a dynamic B2B/agency environment.
  • A proven CRM track record, and strong copywriting skills
