Your Role: As the Marketing Manager, youll report directly to the Commercial Director, taking ownership of the marketing function and driving strategic initiatives. Youll collaborate closely with the Marketing & Business Development Executive, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Commercial Director to develop and execute a robust marketing strategy.
  
• Translate strategic objectives into clear briefs, guiding creative teams to deliver impactful work.
  
• Support multiple profit centres, fostering strong internal relationships.
  
• Monitor and evaluate marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with predefined goals.
  
• Lead and nurture the marketing function, adapting to the evolving needs of a growing business.
  
• Stay abreast of industry trends, conducting market research to inform strategy.
  
• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, forging strategic partnerships.
  
• Manage the marketing budget, providing regular updates to the board.
  
• Represent our client at trade shows and industry events, enhancing brand visibility.

• Proven experience in a similar marketing role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
