Planet Pharma are currently partnered with a leading global Research Consulting Organization providing services to the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Biotechnology industries across the world.

Our client is currently seeking a native Italian/English speaking graduate with a degree in the Life Sciences field, for a Medical Information Specialist position.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage client requests for medical and safety information from various sources (e.g., phone, email)
• Provide on-label and off-label information according to regulations, standards, and policies.
• Manage records and reports adverse events, pregnancies, special cases, and product complaints as required.
• Perform document translations and deliver responses in the Italian/English languages
• Craft accurate information responses using approved resources and assists in creating custom replies
• After-hours support on a rotating schedule as needed by the business.

Main Requirements:

• Bilingual in German and English (native/fluent level)
• Graduate with a degree in Life Sciences field
