Music Business Lecturer * Part time – 15 hours per week * Up to £14,408 pro-rata per annum dependent upon skills, qualifications and experience * Nottingham NG1 3LLConfetti Institute of Creative Technologies (CICT) is a forward thinking centre of learning. CICT is part of the Confetti Media Group, which is owned by Nottingham Trent University increasing the opportunities for growth and success over the coming years.We are looking for industry active and (ideally experienced) HE lecturers for the following modules on our Undergraduate and Postgraduate provision: * Your Music Business Career (BA) * Creative Marketing (MA) * Revenue Streams (BA)Note: although the role is advertised as a 0.4 FTE, the role could be broken into smaller roles including Hourly Paid for the right candidates.If you see your future developing and inspiring learners to fulfil their potential and have the skills required to create innovative and dynamic learning experiences - then make your application now.You should have experience/industry activity in some or all of the following areas: * Active in the industry * Academic and scholarly track record at the required level, in a related field * Research experience and expertise * Specific understanding of the Music Industry in terms of developing a career as a professional * General awareness of practices and workflow within the creative industriesFrom planning sessions and preparing resources for designated programmes and modules, to delivering enriching sessions and activities, our lecturers are at the heart of the student experience.It’s essential that you are conversant with current professional practices within your field of expertise. Ideally, you will also have experience of teaching higher education. It is desirable that you hold a post-graduate qualification in the field, although applications will be considered from those who hold an honours degree and are considering or currently studying for a further qualification.
