Fortus Recruitment Group are a innovative and forward thinking recruitment agency that operate within the built environment. As a business we specialise within the construction, FM, property services and fire safety sectors. We are a growing business who are based in Stratford, London

Due to continued growth, we are now looking to hire a business administrator. This will be a multi disciplined role where you will work with and assist various operations across the business.

Some of the day to day duties will include but not be too

  • Assisting the recruitment team with formatting CV’s
  • Answering inbound phone calls to the office
  • Compiling and collating information for the business
  • Organising company documents eg new starter packs
  • Marketing & Social media
  • Assisting with organising company days out & events
  • Updating CRM System
