Operations Manager£80,000 + PackageReactive RepairsGuildford Role:Regen Solutions is currently working with a Tier 1 Contractor who are looking to take on an Operations Manager who will run their Reactive Repairs and Voids Service. Both Operationally and Commercially responsible for around £7 - £8m per annum. Experience:Managing 2 Reactive Repairs Contracts across Surrey worth around £7m PA.The overall strategic direction and performance of the business unitClient contract delivery, in, customer relationships and management of relevant teamsP&L, cash flow and costsCreating a work safe cultureAble to manage others to deliver multiple projects at the same timeGood communicator and have experience dealing with clients and subcontractorsMust have good IT skills and be able to use word and outlookAble to produce construction programmes (MS Projects ideally)A flexible, "can do" attitude and want to work as part of a teamAble to produce and deliver progress reportsMust be able to manage the H&S, quality and programme performance on their projects via their management teamThis is a very fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to see real progression and is keen to work with a business that is growing and developing.Operations Manager£80,000 + PackageReactive RepairsGuildford
