Up to £54,000.00 per annum depending on experience

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Outpatient & Pre Assessement Manager to lead our busy outpatients and pre-assessment department. Alongside the traditional consultant clinics, the role will be to assist with minor operations, hysteroscopies, cystoscopies in one of our outpatient procedure rooms. The role also oversees the Nurse led pre Assessment service which ensures that patients are fit for surgery.

As a Outpatient & Pre Assessement Manager at our Nuffield Health Tunbridge Wells hospital, you’re a qualified RGN with NMC registration and a mentorship qualification. You’ve already worked as a Junior Sister / Charge Nurse or already performing in a Manager role. Either way, you hold considerable nursing management experience and you’re organised, highly motivated and engaged.
