Parts Advisor in Farnham

Our client in Farnham is currently looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to work alongside their busy and successful team.

For this position, you will be expected to achieve set targets.

You must also hold a valid UK drivers license and have access to your own vehicle, as you may have to deliver parts to customers if the Delivery Driver is not available.

Daily Responsibilities:Answer all internal and external inbound callsProcess customer orders from various channels, including in-person, phone and onlineRecommend and upsell appropriate alternative products to boost sales and ensure customer satisfactionActively pursue additional sales opportunities especially during the quiet periodsManage customer relationships to meet individual and sales targets and market promotional offers to achieve resultsAdhere to the company policies and understand transactions when processing salesComplete all required administration in a timely mannerMonitor all stock levels and order partsKeep familiar with the price list and catalogues to meet customer requirementsAdhere to all Health and SafetyEssential Skills:Minimum 2 years as a Parts AdvisorAbility to work in a high pressure environmentQualified to operate a forkliftStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProficiency in administrationIT illiterate with basic knowledge of MS Word and ExcelSelf-motivated with the ability to work within a teamIf you have all the relevant skills and wish to continue your career as a Parts Advisor, please don’t hesitate to click ‘Apply’ now!
