Vacancy - Parts Advisor - Newcastle Our client, the BEST employer in the North West, is looking to recruit an experienced Motorcycle Part AdvisorYou will be responsible for supporting the Parts Manager in the efficient running of the parts department including the showroom and goods inward area whilst maintaining effective and accurate communications between customers and the Parts Manager.Responsibilities of the Parts Assistant/AdvisorTo achieve a level of profitability that meets departmental, branch and company expectations.Dealing with customers on a day to day basis whether face to face, phone or email.Manage existing customer accounts and build new relationships with customers to increase/develop departmental growth and exceed customer expectations.Maintaining all records efficiently and accurately as required, including the preparation of quotations and liaising with the Service department.Manage stocks alongside the part manager to maintain correct stock levels and ensure orders are placed in a timely manner.Ensure that information is communicated effectively and in a timely fashion to those departments that may be influenced in the service you are providing.Adhoc duties as required.Required Experience/Skills:Kerridge/Drive experience preferredKnowledge and experience of the Parts Advisor role Can remain calm under pressure.Be organized and have the ability to multitask efficiently.Proactive and methodical in approach to problem solving.Work towards targets and objectives set.Able to work alone and on your own initiative.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent Organisational skills and Planning skills.Salary: £27,410k basic£29,910+ OTEWorking hours: -42 hours on a rota Mon to Fri - 8:00am to 5:00pmSaturday - 8:30am to 12:30pm (alternate)Company bonuses / pensionGreat companyFurther training and development for the successful candidate with huge career prospectsWho are you applying to?The Solution Automotive Recruitment have been placing candidates into the UK Motor Trade since 1999.
