Hours : Monday – Friday 8:30-5.30pm
Salary : negotiable subject to experience (plus commission)
Location : 44 Frederick St, Sunniside, Sunderland SR1 1NF
3 days office / 2 days home – with the initial training in the office full time
Are you an experienced recruiter, someone with an incredible sales or business development background? We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record in sales, ready to proactively engage by knocking down doors, picking up the phone and adept at bringing in new clients to drive business growth.
We’re open to both perms and temps experience; what matters to us is your proven ability to drive new business.
As a key player in our team, you’ll oversee comprehensive 360 recruitment processes. Above all, we seek an agile individual capable of engaging with professional clients, showcasing versatile and effective verbal skills to foster enduring relationships in this industry.

You’ll be joining a diligent team led by a manager, committed to supporting your success.
Our team includes a temp’s consultant, and of course our hands-on Branch Manager, Emma, who actively participates in filling roles while managing the team.
What you’ll be doing
You will be responsible for building and developing your own clients within the permanent blue-collar sector and bringing candidates to market on behalf of your new client base.
