Planning Engineer in Sittingbourne

Position: Planning EngineerLocation: Sittingbourne, KentStart Date: ImmediateDuration: 3 yearsHours: Approx 45/week + OvertimePAYE Pay Rate: £33.00/hr + lodge, travel allowanceThe Role:Our client is currently recruiting for a Planning Engineer for a long term project on Isle of Grain power station, Kent. The role will involve producing, updating and maintaining the project schedule in conjunction with the respective accountable discipline leads and in line with the project controls strategy and schedule management plan. Duties will include:Developing and maintaining project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget in P6Coordinating and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure project successFacilitating requirements gathering sessions and document business needsUtilising project management software to track progress and communicate updatesMonitoring project risks and issues, and developing mitigation strategiesEnsuring project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectationsPreparing regular status reports and communicating project updates to stakeholdersRequirements:HND in relevant fieldMinimum 5 Years experience as a Planner within Oil, Gas, Nuclear Industry with project or turnaround experience.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, such as CPMProficiency in using project management software (e.g.,Primavera P6)Familiarity with data analysis tools and visualization tools (e.g., Navisworks)Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience in team management and demonstrated leadership abilities.About Us:Integrate Engineering Resources Ltd provides a dedicated recruitment service to the Engineering Construction & Maintenance sectors.
