They need to prepare and guide students through the process of their apprenticeship. They need to be able to delivery high quality training, coaching, instructions and assessment to learners in different teaching environments. The Plumbing and Gas Trainer Assessor is expected to work closely with employers to design activities and tasks to support learners in developing knowledge in the subject area.
