Position: Admin Assistant

Location: Sprotbrough, Doncaster

Contract: Full-time, from April 15th to July 22nd

Pay: £425 - £500 per week (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to the school office staff
* Manage reception duties including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries
* Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining records
* Support staff with various administrative tasks as needed
* Ensure the smooth operation of the office on a day-to-day basis

Requirements:

* Previous administrative experience preferred
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
