Principal Fire Consultant in UK

Here at TSA Surveying, we are looking to recruit a Principal Fire Consultant for a Large, tech driven, multi-disciplinary firm.

With a growing fire team, they are looking to take on someone to lead the consultant team and report directly into the Head of Fire Engineering.

At Principal Consultant level you will support the Head of Fire Consultancy in the delivery of the fire consultancy projects.

This will include a focus on nurturing key client relationships as we focus on a true consultative approach, ensuring that our clients not only receive a great service and technical excellence but also understand how to implement our findings.

Taking ownership of some of our key accounts and developing new opportunities through relationship building will be central to your role.

You will also be a figure head, mentoring the more junior fire consultants and peer reviewing work in your own sub team.

An ideal candidate at this level will demonstrate a good understanding of EWS1 surveys, fire strategies, and fire risk assessments.

Your skills and qualifications will also include: * Professional membership at Member level with a Fire related professional body * Sound knowledge of fire safety and fire risk, with a minimum of 5-years’ experience including demonstrable experience in developing fire strategies and fire risk management plans and experience of the RIBA stages beneficial * Fire Engineering degree or equivalent level 6 qualification (fire related) * Ability to undertake FRAEW under PAS9980 framework beneficial.
