Private Client Solicitor/Associate (0-5 years PQE)
£40,000 - £60,000 FTE
Oculus are currently working with a very well respected legal practice, based in the North West of England.
They have a Legal 500 ranked Private Client team, in addition to having a reputation for investing in their own staff.
Required experience in a broad range of Private Client matters, including but not limited to:
- Preparation of Wills, including complex Wills utilising trusts
- IHT Planning
- Preparation of Powers of Attorney (EPAs and LPAs)
- Court of Protection practice;
- Estate Administration of both taxable and non-taxable estates
- Identifying trust administration requirements
