How you'll make an impact In terms of specifics, this role's responsibilities are as follows: Providing detailed technical support including preparation and presentation material in relation to all new business situations. Being at the forefront of managing a portfolio of clients; with an annual premium renewal value of c£150-180k. Taking a lead role of the wider support team; supporting junior colleagues with their performance and managing the relationships with their clients. Maximising revenue and profitability on all clients; looking for additional lines and cross selling opportunities at all times. Managing and developing relationships with all clients/prospects and insurers to ensure delivery of effective and efficient service. Developing a detailed understanding of all aspects of the healthcare. Maintaining compliant practices at all times and participating in the T&C scheme. Peer reviewing and ensuring own work is peer reviewed as appropriate. The team is split between our London and Bristol offices, so ideally, we're looking for individuals that can work hybridly between home and one of those offices.
