• Salary – £70,000 - £80,000

Main Responsibilities as a Process Improvement Engineer

• Be responsible for the design and redesign of some customer journeys and end-to-end processes to support enhanced customer experience, growth, efficiency, and current strategic goals.
• Get insights from customer research and market analysis, understand current challenges, and pain points and identify great ideas and innovations to help us define customer journeys.
• Help adapt, improve, and document processes for new markets.

Experience & Skills Required

• Strong process improvement background and experience.
• RPA – Robotics process automation experience.
• Automation.
• Lean/Six sigma.
• Agile delivery experience.
• Insurance experience would be great!
