Healthy Investment are looking to appoint a Product Manager to lead both our day to day and long term product strategy, for our range of With-profits and Unit-linked investment products.

 

This is a new position and a key role, reporting directly to the Chief Executive, in a small mutual financial services provider and your opportunity to have a significant impact on the future strategy of one of the UK’s oldest financial services firms.

 

You’ll have a deep understanding of product governance, experience of managing the lifecycle of financial services products and the ability to bring new products from concept to market.

 

You will set up and run a new product governance framework designed to drive the growth of both existing and new products.

 

Responsibilities will include managing the process of the annual Consumer Duty Product assessments, working with the Chief Actuary and Finance Director on product pricing, gathering competitor and market intelligence, improving the member experience and inputting to marketing collateral. 

 

The successful candidate will have experience of working in the financial services sector with probably a minimum of 3 years experience in a product manager or product analysis role.

They will need to be an excellent communicator as written reports and presentations will be being made directly to the board.

They will have a commercial focus, understanding of customer experience and how IT can enhance the member journey, and experience of the FCA’s Consumer Duty principles and regulations.
