Responsibilities:

  • Deliver product strategy with a focus on the product/category roadmap
  • Ensure new products align with the hierarchy structure
  • Cultivate relationships with commercial channels and sales teams
  • Drive product vitality through active management of the product lifecycle
  • Streamline processes and enhance ways of working
  • Oversee New Product Introduction processes and documentation

Requirements:

  • Strong project management skills to ensure timely completion of projects and stage gate milestones
  • Ability to consistently meet quarterly performance targets and benchmarks, with a focus on market competitiveness
  • Experience in evaluating new product development (NPD) performance against business case objectives.
  • Analytical skills to assess the vitality of products within the category and make strategic recommendations.
  • Proficiency in forecasting upcoming projects to align demand planning and optimize resource allocation.
