Shifts Week 1
Monday to Thursday 06:00 - 14:00 and Friday 06:00 - 12:00
Shifts Week 2
Monday to Thursday 14:00 - 22:00 and Friday 12:00 - 18:00

Working in Chemical production: manufacturer of sealants, protective coatings, and weatherproofing compounds

Duties Include: ...* Loading, unloading, and operating production filling lines.
* Blending and filling to exact production standards.
* Operating semi-automatic and fully automatic filling and packing machines.
* Ensuring that the production plan is achieved.
* Maximising productivity from all process equipment by minimising downtime and waste.
* Monitoring, controlling, and recording information on paper and electronic systems.
* Help with process improvement projects, internal audits and cycle counts as required.
The Candidate
* Competent and confident in using production machinery and equipment.
* Proven ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines in order to meet customer expectations.
* Committed to the health,safety and wellbeing of co-workers and the environment.
* A willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
* A positive attitude, even in difficult situations
* Strong team working skills
