Within IDEMIA Public Security Business Line, we are currently looking for a Program Manager to successfully lead the management, execution, and performance of a customer program within our Public Security’s Justice and Public Safety department.

The customer is an UK Governmental Institution.

As part of our Program Management team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programs that drive our company’s success.

The Key responsibilities are:

  • Lead the planning and execution of complex programs (between 1M and 5M of Euros) either autonomously or with the support/ coaching from another Program Manager, ensuring that all projects within the program are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain program plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocations, to ensure clear direction and accountability across project teams.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders, including executives, project teams, clients, and external partners, to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively, developing contingency plans and driving resolution of issues to minimize disruptions to program delivery.
  • Monitor program performance and key metrics, providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, implementing best practices and lessons learned to enhance program effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers and team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment that promotes innovation and excellence.

To succeed in this position, you will need the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in program management, leading complex initiatives from inception to completion in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with a track record of driving successful project outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working in public sector is a plus.
