• We develop, implement, and evaluate sport and physical activity strategies, including programmes that activate people and places via digital transformation    
• The bidding, planning and delivery of the ‘full life cycle’ of major sporting events i.e., Olympics, World Rugby World Cup, Pan American Games 

Technology products: our proprietary software and data platforms allows clients to connect and use multiple data sources and develop actionable insight and business management systems. 

Our product suite is made up of a number of client facing SaaS offers which use data derived from multiple sources e.

Connecting and standardising this data positions 4GLOBAL uniquely in the provision of the following services: 

• Predict the likely outcomes of significant investment in sport and physical activity programmes at a local and national level 
• Benchmark the impact of new sports and activity investments 
• Analyse the actual behaviours of citizens and how they participate (or not) in sport and activity programmes 
• Target certain citizens to maximise the impact of specific programmes nationally or at a granular grass roots level 
• Set the industry standard used to provide data driven insight to inform investments in sport and physical activity programmes 
• Work with our clients to predict what will drive participation This cannot be replicated without the data that we currently hold; We have a monopoly in this insight capability 

Job Description – Project Analyst  

As a Project Analyst at 4GLOBAL you will provide wide ranging support to account managers and the senior management team, gaining a wealth of experience in business development, sales, data analysis and delivery.

Working closely with highly experienced subject matter experts in various fields of sport and health, you will gain excellent insight into sports consultancy and technology. 

A successful project analyst must be proactive and possess excellent communication skills.

You will be required to undertake critical research activities which support and influence the strategic direction of the Company and be self-motivated to develop your personal knowledge.

You should be an analytical person that thrives in the detail, while having the ability to see the big picture.

You must have the ability and confidence to actively engage internally and externally, providing quality input to tenders and operational outputs.

We are looking for someone with:  

• An exceptional, dedicated and professional individual with a passion for sport, research, analytics and project management. 
• Experience of applying analysis and research techniques with a keen eye for detail. 
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of building successful professional relationships  
• Exceptional professional written (English) and numerical skills as well as excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills. 
• Excellent I.T. skills with experience of using the full suite of Microsoft and software packages including Word and Excel for report writing and data analysis. 
• A proactive nature and a self-motivated mentality and can do attitude. 
• Experience of successful project and client management including the delivery of multiple projects under tight timescales and deadlines. 
• The ability to thrive working as part of a team.  
• Demonstrable experience of using their own initiative to identify and deliver solutions to problems.
