As an early hire to the organisationthis role presents the opportunity to grow with Green Ibex bybringing success to their sustainability projects and clientrelationships.

Therole

As a Project Assistant youwill be the link between our clients business and thesustainability project we are delivering.

Workingclosely with the Sustainability Manager and the CEO you will workclosely with clients to deliver their sustainability objectives.

You will set the strategic direction of projects identify theaction to be taken and present and report on the optionsavailable.

Day to day you will be delivering thefollowing;

• Great customer support andrelationship management with theclient
• Implementing projectplans
• Maintaining momentum and ensuring projectmilestones and deadlines are met
• You will alsobe responsible for project reporting and riskidentification
• Providing analysis ofoutcomes
• General administrationsupport

This is a brand new role soyou will be ready to develop processes and systems to make deliveryas efficient and effective as possible.

This isan extremely independent and proactive role where you will besolving problems looking ahead and keeping the projectsmoving.

What we are lookingfor

• Strong communication andrelationship management skills
• IT andtechnology skills
• Experience of either busyprojects or business coordination
• Analyticaland reportingskills
