Key Responsibilities

• Effective administrative assistance to projects, utilizing project management techniques to ensure the planned outputs support the achievement of strategic business objectives.
• In the planning and organizing of operational meetings, agile ceremonies and events.
• The reporting of key project metrics, using tools including Tableau and Jira.
• Project management tools to support and promote efficient project delivery.
• Opportunities to improve processes and ways of working, across the area and support in defining best practices.
• And drive the implementation of Agile processes, tools and techniques.

Must have Skills:

• of working in a project support / coordinator role, ideally in an electrical, or engineering environment.
• or knowledge of the ‘Agile’ project management framework.
• of change management or driving process improvement.
• ability to learn how to differentiate between the project management and technical content elements of the role.
• be dependable, results-driven, with a customer-first mindset.
• ability to communicate at all levels and convey complex ideas.
• be an effective team player who supports colleagues to deliver shared objectives.
• in Microsoft software and experience in use of project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• ability to respond to change and adapt to change in priorities.
