Support the account managers on all new business growth and client development, with project management and GTM skills along with project progressing.
Responsibilities:
1. Presales support
Work with local account managers targeting on business growth. Coordinate with HQ MKT dept, product lines (Smartphone, Mobile Broadband, Fixed-line solution) and commercial team to support during pre-sales including bidding response, identifying and collecting customers requirements, providing materials (e.g. product brochures, newsletters, user manuals) etc.
2. Project Management
Including device samples application and local storage management during promotion. CPFR and raw materials preparation. Framework, contract & shipping joint approval review in ZTE internal system to ensure on-time shipment once PO placed by clients. Remittance collection within the payment cycles of each customer. Aftersales problems investigation and filing with clients, HQ R&D and aftersales dept etc.
3. GTM and marketing
New device launch promotion and joint marketing activity with clients or PR agency. ZTE UK website and social media maintenance. Management of marketing fee with distributor and retailer clients.
Essential Skills and Experience:
