About the Role:

As a Project Manager at My Recovery Tameside, you'll bring your experience and dedication to overseeing the adult service, where each day brings new challenges and opportunities, and we approach every interaction with empathy and understanding. Your ability to adapt, ask questions, and truly listen will be invaluable in this role.

Hours: 37.5 per week

Salary: £39,302.37- £43,814.50 Pro Rata (dependent on experience).

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Your main responsibility will be to support the Services and Deputy Services Manager in leading the delivery and development of an integrated Behavior Change Service for communities in Tameside.

This will involve collaborating closely with clinicians and a committed staff team to lead the change management process.

Our service provides a range of interventions, including harm minimisation, medically assisted treatment, community detox, and criminal justice interventions, with a focus on increasing access and successful treatment completion.

Additionally, you'll be involved in developing and delivering early intervention and prevention behavior change services to engage wider populations and promote healthier lifestyle choices.

To excel in this role: 

We're looking for someone with:

  • Considerable experience in managerial roles within health and social care services, combined with a deep commitment to delivering top-tier services, fostering an ambitious and focused culture that believes in positive behavior change for all.
  • A proven understanding of performance management frameworks, effective governance, and quality assurance.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of available recovery pathways across various treatment and recovery systems, spanning community, residential, and prison settings.
  • Skillful in project management and leading service operations.

  • Proven history of supervising staff and conducting performance appraisals, nurturing growth and development.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are important, as you'll be responsible for ensuring that client data is recorded accurately and producing reports in a timely manner.
