The role * Provide document support and management in the course of Real Estate Litigation, including organising, collating reviewing and supplying court bundles * Attending to clients * Assist with billing process * Handling Debt Recovery * Commercial Landlord and Tenant disputes * Residential Landlord and Tenant disputes * Neighbour and Boundary Disputes * Eviction of tenants on behalf of Landlords * Commercial disputes * Property disputes * Breach of contract claims * Liaising with courtsExperience * Recent Litigation experience * LPC qualification desirable but not essential * An interest in Real Estate, both Commercial and Residential landlord and tenant law and fire safety post Grenfell would be an assist * Excellent working knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel * Ability to work under pressure * Excellent organisation skills, attention to detail * Good communication skills * Ability to support the team’s work and a desire to gain experience to be able to run your own files as part of a larger teamBenefits * Pension * Friendly working environment * Monday to Friday 9am- 5.
