Purchase Ledger Administrator – Newry - £23,000+
Black Fox Solutions are pleased to work with a well-established company recruiting a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join the team.
This role has opened due to continued growth.
Duties:
- Matching purchase invoices to purchase orders and coding.
- Dealing with purchase ledger invoices and queries.
- Setting up new suppliers.
- Reconciling supplier statements.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues with invoices or payments.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes as needed.
Criteria:
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Work well under pressure and able to meet deadlines.
- Experience working with Excel and Microsoft packages.
- Good organizational skills.
- Experience working in administration.
