Houseful is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Quality Engineering Manager to continue driving the quality focus for one of our three business domains, building business to business (B2B) SaaS products which transform the way estate agents conduct their business.

A successful candidate will make a wide variety of contributions to the organisation, including but not limited to:

Our platform architecture is based on AWS, C# / .Net, React and TypeScript. We use a number of testing frameworks to ensure we release high quality products for our customers. These include but are not limited to Playwright and Grafana k6.

We believe in test automation throughout the entire life cycle of product delivery and as such will automate unit tests, site speed, accessibility, security, visual testing and browser based tests. Our quality engineers are not there to just write tests - they are on hand to drive a quality, customer focused, mindset by working closely alongside our software engineers.

This is a dual leadership and hands-on engineering role where you will be both leading a team of quality engineers across the various teams in our B2B Software domain, and contributing as part of a cross-functional agile product team in the same domain.
