  • Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 (Office hours - Monday to Friday)
  • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Salary: £27- 35K per annum depending on experience
  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Location: Uxbridge

    • Key responsibilities & duties:

  • Resourcing for new candidates via various online portals and social media platforms.
  • Interviewing and registering candidates in branch and on client sites
  • Work eligibility checking.
  • Time sheet and payroll administration.
  • Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with existing and new clients
  • Communicating with Warehouse staff and HGV Drivers on a daily basis.
  • Confirming temporary staff weekly working weeks
  • Adding candidates to our in-house system
  • You will be required to cover on-call twice per month (this will be taking a mobile phone home to deal with any out of hours calls for client requirements or cancellations)

    • Minimum qualifications and experience:

    Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service and account management or experience from a similar role within recruitment, logistics or distribution and exceptional customer service is a must. Full training in terms of the company processes will be provided, no qualifications are required for this role.

  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, IT, customer service and administration skills, willingness to learn and progress throughout the company. Experience of working in recruitment, warehousing, distribution or production environments is an advantage.
  • You MUST be extremely well organised
  • You MUST have excellent communication skills
  • You MUST be computer literate as the role will entail use of a variety of systems
