Apply NowRECRUITMENT CONSULTANTWOLVERHAMPTONBasic Salary £25,000 to £30,000 depending on experienceHours Monday to Friday 8am to 5pmDue to continued expansion or client is looking to add to their existing team of consultants Our client is a very successful independent recruitment agency that has carved an enviable reputation for delivering a 5 star recruitment serviceThe office provides a friendly and fun environment with full support and any training from senior management The successful candidate will be given a desk with active clients to manage and maximise activity in order to continue growing their own deskDuties will include: * Managing a warm desk of clients providing a consultative service * Conducting outbound calls from an extensive warm database * Registering, interviewing and referencing new temporary workers * Developing strong relationships with both clients and temporary workers * Matching workers to client’s vacancies regarding skills, experience and the right cultural fit for both parties * When required visiting clients on site, building rapport, solidifying relationships and developing understanding and trust * Promoting the business as the first option for all recruitment and staffing solutions to new clients via telephone and associated promotional campaigns * Updating and maintaining accurate information on CRM database system * Working effectively to ensure all targets are exceeded whilst maintaining a quality driven compliant serviceAs a Recruitment Consultant you will be: * Fully experienced with a 360 degree recruitment role * Able to manage and develop a warm desk * Confident in carrying out sales activities * Communicate with clients and colleagues at all levels * Self-motivated, ambitious, confident and willing to succeed * Able to work on your own initiative and also effectively within a teamWhat’s on offer for the successful Consultant: * Highly competitive basic salary negotiable depending on an individual’s level of experience and success * Uncapped realistic and a motivational monthly bonus scheme * Work from home incentives * Early finish incentives * Monthly prizes for best achiever * Trips to the horse races, meals out and fun team building events * Supportive senior management culture * Career development and progression including trainingIn the first instance forward CV to Career Studio
