Regional Lead Echocardiographer

Xyla Elective Care (part of Acacium Group)

Permanent, Full Time

Field based with frequent travel across the Midlands

£50,000-£55,000 per annum + 5% annual bonus + £3,000 car allowance

We have a new opportunity to be a key member of the national echocardiography department within the Midlands, for both acute and community settings. This is predominately patient facing role, as you will undertake clinics within your defined region and support the business, not only in terms of clinical competence but also to fulfil our scheduling requirements to customers across the region. We're looking for a clear communicator to bring a diverse and geographically dispersed team together and feed information upwards to the senior management and back to field-based clinical staff.

You will always work collaboratively with our customers and the internal Operations Team to ensure that service needs are met and that patients are put at the heart of everything we do.

Part of Acacium Group, Xyla Elective Care is a leading specialist in the provision of echocardiography and cardiac rhythm analysis services. Every aspect of our pioneering clinical support service is designed to increase capacity, efficiency and quality across the cardiac diagnostics industry.

 

Everyday you will...

  • Support clinical services across the Midlands
  • Be an active presence at the start of new contracts, as well as when a clinical business need arises
  • Audit Xyla Elective Cares’ echocardiography work across all sites where Xyla work under the provider’s CQC registration
  • Complete a range of clinical or administrative duties as required by your line manager
  • Act as a conduit for staff to feed information back to the Clinical Operations Team

To thrive in this role, you must have...

  • BSc in Clinical Physiology (or equivalent)
  • BSE or EACVI Adult Accreditation
  • Full UK drivers license or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
