Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete comprehensive training program to become proficient in all aspects of domiciliary care management.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver outstanding care services to clients in Tyneside.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and uphold the reputation of our franchise as a market leader.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth, profitability, and client satisfaction.
  • Foster a positive work culture and provide support and guidance to staff members.
  • Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or qualified Manager in the healthcare sector, preferably in domiciliary care.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to upholding the highest standards of care and professionalism.
  • Drive and ambition to succeed in a challenging and rewarding role.
