Key Responsibilities:

Complete comprehensive training program to become proficient in all aspects of domiciliary care management.

Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver outstanding care services to clients in Tyneside.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and uphold the reputation of our franchise as a market leader.

Develop and implement strategies to drive growth, profitability, and client satisfaction.

Foster a positive work culture and provide support and guidance to staff members.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or qualified Manager in the healthcare sector, preferably in domiciliary care.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A commitment to upholding the highest standards of care and professionalism.

Drive and ambition to succeed in a challenging and rewarding role.
