Salary: up to £50,400 per annum
Location: Chesterfield, Derbyshire
Contract/Hours: Permanent, Full time, 37 hours per week - Monday to Friday with some flexibility to meet the needs of the service.

A bit about the role
As Registered Manager (Ofsted) you will work with a range of professionals, parents and carers in the Derbyshire and East Midlands area to ensure that our children and young people who have a varying level of learning and physical disabilities are supported with a person-centred approach, helping them to develop to their full potential and through the next stage of their life journey.
As Registered Manager you will lead, inspire, and motivate your team to hold the highest aspirations for our children and young people and oversee the running of our 4 bedroom home liaising closely with Ofsted to ensure regulatory compliance and excellence.
We will actively support you in your role and provide you and your team with specialist training, development, and supervision.
