We are looking to recruit a Repairs Manager to join a leading Housing Association based in Bromley

If you are an experienced Repairs Manager who has led large teams from operatives to back off staff, has an excellent knowledge of repairs and maintenance, is able to lead at operations level, managing subcontractors, operatives, KPI'S and contract performance, while delivering profitability in line with agreed budgets then we would like to hear from you!

Offering up to £310 a day on a contract basis expected to run for at least 12 months + company car/ allowance
