The Company:
Harnham have exclusively partnered with one of three fastest-growing boutique research organizations in the UK.
They are looking for a Head of Research/Research Director to join their expanding team.
The Role:
As a Research Director you will be responsible for the following;
- Working closely with the leadership team to develop and execute a business strategy for growing consumer and brand clients
- Leading a diverse range of quantitative research and insight projects for brand and consumer clients from brand tracking to new product development to audience segmentations and strategic projects
- Originate new clients through independent outbound business development plus coordinating sales advisors and other sellers.
- Growing key consumer and brand accounts through hyper-consultative advice and ongoing support.
- Hiring and supporting the development of a consumer-focused insight team.
- Developing our proposition and positioning in the consumer and brand market and identifying growth opportunities we can pursue using our technology.
Skills and Experience:
- You have 8+ years’ experience in quantitative research and analytics including in management and/or leadership roles
- Previous experience in an agency setting is required
- Specialization in consumer and brand insight and analytics, preferably with specific experience within brand tracking and/or audience segmentations and within consumer goods (e.g. FMCG) and consumer services (e.g. telco).
- You can provide leadership to a growing team of researchers and analysts focused on consumer and brand clients
- You’re an exceptional communicator
