The Role:
The Resource Manager plays an integral role in ensuring that projects and operations are executed efficiently by effectively managing and allocating the Technimove’s resources in Operations across our Project and Program Management, Consultancy and Engineering teams.
The position involves a deep understanding of both the capabilities of the workforce and the demands of various engagements, allowing for the strategic and optimal placement of personnel and assets where they are most needed.
The role works closely with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to prioritise and work through pre- and post-sale resource requests and with key Operations functional heads, and preferred 3rd Party Suppliers.
By maintaining a comprehensive overview of ongoing and upcoming engagements, the Resource Manager ensures that resources are utilised in a manner that maximizes productivity and meets organisational goals, all while adhering to budgetary constraints and timelines.
