The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving profitability.

Responsibilities: 1.

Team Leadership: * Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff.

* Provide ongoing coaching and development to ensure high levels of performance and morale.

* Set clear expectations for staff and lead by example through excellent customer service and professionalism.

2.

Customer Service: * Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.

* Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.

* Monitor guest satisfaction and implement strategies to enhance the overall dining experience.

3.

Operations Management: * Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and inventory management.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.

* Monitor restaurant expenses and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.

4.

Sales and Marketing: * Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase revenue.

* Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities and events.

* Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and generate referrals.

5.

Financial Management: * Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

* Monitor sales trends, analyze financial data, and identify areas for improvement.

* Implement pricing strategies and menu adjustments to optimize profitability.

Requirements: 1.

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.

2.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

3.

Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering an exceptional dining experience.

4.

Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, kitchen management, and health and safety standards.
