Retrofit Coordinator in Aylesbury

The Retrofit Coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of complying with PAS2035 for internal projects as well as providing services to external clients.

You will be working closely with out Senior Retrofit Coordinator on various projects.

Liaising with Retrofit Assessors, Installers and our customers as necessary.

This role sits within AgilityEco’s Retrofit team reporting directly to the Retrofit Coordinator Manager.

This role can be done from our Sutton or Aylesbury offices.

What you'll be doing:

• Retrofit coordination of our projects
• Liaising with Retrofit Assessors, Installers and our customers as necessary
• Liaising with colleagues to resolve issues and identify system/process improvements
• Responding to communication from customers in a timely manner and in a manner that builds customer loyalty and company reputation
• Occasional site visits may be required to review projects and advise installers

What we need from you:

• Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management
• Some experience as a retrofit coordinator
• Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders
• Knowledge of PAS2030, PAS2035 and any subsequent revisions of the Standard
• Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) with Level 3 Award in Older and Traditional Buildings
• Level 3 Award in Energy Efficiency for Older and Traditional Buildings
• Licenced Domestic Energy Assessor
• Some knowledge of the energy efficiency and fuel poverty sector

Additional information:

• Travel to other offices as well as to meet with clients may be required.
• 37.5h working week
