We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our hybrid Inside Sales Team, based in our London office.
The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision-makers within potential new clients.
You will be able to find qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to understand clients' challenges and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Using varied business development tactics to approach C-level decision makers
- Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation and sales management
- Manage and develop inbound leads
- Support New Business generation from new and existing clients
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
- Consistently achieve a monthly quota of qualified prospects
Key Requirements
- B2B sales or lead generation experience, ideally within Data or Insights businesses (desirable)
- You are a proven sales performer and results motivated - uncapped commissions
- Negotiating Acumen – you can negotiate skilfully in tough situations, settling differences and winning concessions without damaging relationships
- Customer Focused – you are dedicated to meeting the needs of internal and external customers; you establish and maintain effective relationships built on trust and respect
- A confident communicator
- An interest in the Mobility market and how Technology and Electrification are driving huge changes and opportunities
- You are a driven and hungry to progress your career within a meritocracy sales culture
- A Desire for Self-Improvement – you are committed to continuously improving yourself, understanding your strengths and weaknesses and adjusting accordingly
