Quotacom are working on behalf of a multi-national and well established MedTech organisation, specialised in global Healthcare and Imaging solutions.

The organisation have been embarking on an ongoing transformation journey, which includes the integration into one service organisation as part of this, are looking for an experienced and influential MedTech Sales Director to join them in a Regional Head position for North Europe.

We are looking for an experienced commercial leader, who holds a strong background in medical sales, through both direct and indirect channels, with the ambition to expand geographical coverage across international regions, setting and directing their strategy to grow product sales and the business region year-on-year.

This is a key senior management position with the opportunity to make an impact, utilising your background and knowledge to help coach and support their international sales function, with a clear direction for future growth and development within your role as a leader.

Skills required:

  • 10+ years within B2B sales, with a focus on the MedTech industry
  • Can demonstrate successes within sales leadership positions.
  • Strong medical / capital equipment sales knowledge within a hospital setting
  • Solid coaching and leadership experience in value-added selling of products and services, both direct and in-direct with international distributor management experience
  • Strategic mindset with the energy and drive to make a change!
