SALES EXECUTIVE in Scotlandwell

This is a great opportunity for a SALES EXECUTIVE to join the team of a successful and well established Smethwick based manufacturing businessSalary is negotiable with experience but is anticipated to be in the region of £25,000 plus bonus, so the OTE yr 1 will be nearer £30k. Working hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm Mon to Fri.As a SALES EXECUTIVE within this business you will be expected to undertake the following key activities: * Research potential new customers * Generate new business leads and enquiries * Telephone & email based canvassing of new, existing and lapsed customers * Achieve performance and activity targets on a weekly basis * Maintaining customer database and paper based systems. * Progress chasing * Contributing to the social media footprint of the businessTo be the successful SALES EXECUTIVE, you will display the following key skills and experience: * Experience in a sales office, telesales or customer service environment * Computer literate including MS office and database use * Using the internet & social media as a research tool * Focused work ethic and “can do attitude” * Organise and systematic working style * Business to business sales, ideally within engineering, manufacturing, industrial or similar * Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levelsThis SALES EXECUTIVE position will ideally suit a systematic and motivated self starter with a background gained within a sales office, telesales or customer service environment, seeking to make their mark within an ambitious business that values & rewards loyalty and performance.NOTE : This is a full time, permanent, paye position, employed directly by the company.To explore this Sales Exec opportunity further, please click on the apply button.Kelpie Business Services Ltd is acting as an in-house recruiter in regard to this vacancy.
