Sales Ledger Assistant in Radipole

CMA is delighted to be recruiting for our rapidly expanding client, they require a Sales ledger Assistant on a temporary basis to support their sales ledger department due to a busy period they are needing additional support to raise invoices for their services.

Our Weymouth, Dorset based client is offering this position on a temporary basis on an initial 3 months basis.

What will the Sales ledger Assistant role involve?

Processing sales invoices in a efficient timely manner;Reconciliations;Liaise with customers and internal departments to resolve queries;Take payments;Laise with credit control team regarding over due accounts;Ad hoc duties.

Suitable Candidate for the Sales ledger Assistant vacancy:Experience gained in a similar position;Good telephone manner;Experience working in a high volume environment;Adaptable accounts package skills and an intermediate level of Excel.
