Position: Residential Sales Manager
Location: Braintree
Basic Salary: £25,000
OTE: £37,000 - £40,000 uncapped
Company Car: Mercedes A250e hybrid
My client is an established premium property agent which has been a part of the Braintree Town centre for many years, they are looking to grow their market share within the premium sector and seek an enthusiastic and driven individual looking to further their career having the opportunity to drive the business forward from their Braintree office.
You will be expected to negotiate and win instructions for the Department, dealing with Town, Village and Country houses.
You will ensure the homes are presented in the best possible light, handling marketing, viewings, sales paperwork and carry out sales progression to completion.
Key Responsibilities;
- To win market share on good terms and at an appropriate value
- To challenge the market, create opportunities and build on the success of the existing department
- Personally drive the sales process, seeing sales through from winning the instruction through to completion of the property transaction
- Oversee the marketing of properties working closely with marketing professionals
- Liaise closely with our Senior Property Consultant to build the sales business by using existing and new contacts to create new opportunities
- Liaise with clients and prospective buyers in a professional, polite and respectful manner
- Carry out viewings with prospective buyers and manage clients needs
- Manage sales through to exchange of contracts through negotiation and perseverance whilst giving professional advice to clients at all times and keeping clients up to date with progress
- Handle daily applicant enquiries ensuring accurate details are registered and matched
- Manage own diary efficiently with respect to team members diaries
- Assist with other departments as required
- Increase referral lead generations and subsequent income
You will need to;
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times
- Ensure compliance of Health and Safety, FSA, compliance, Estate Agency Act, GDPR, Bribery Act
- Fantastic business acumen with ability to lead and drive the department forward
- Have the ability to multi task, take responsibility and follow through on commitments
- Adaptable and flexible
- Professional enthusiastic demeanour and approach to work at all times
Requirements for the position;
- Sales experience is essential within an estate agency business
- A clean driving licence.
- A hunger to earn and be rewarded for your dedication
- Proven track record achieving outstanding results
