We are seeking Sales Negotiators across our various PCL offices who are driven and diligent. The ideal candidates will be responsible for achieving call, viewing and deal targets, as well as generating revenue by strategically managing applicants and securing successful sales (exchanged) business while maximising the value of their investments in the real estate market. Job Description / Key Responsibilities:

  • Register and qualify new buyers
  • Manage clients effectively, build relationships, understand their needs and sales requirements
  • Maintaining accurate customer relationship management system records
  • Proactively generate leads for available properties through daily call-outs
  • Negotiate sales and close deals with potential buyers, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Generate market appraisals for your own office and wider business
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers, providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process
  • Conduct property viewings highlighting the features and benefits of each property
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the local property market, including competitor activity and buyer preferences

Person Specification:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales negotiations, ideally in real estate
  • Can do attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a desire to perform work at a high level
  • KPI and financially driven
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Knowledge of the property market and sales processes
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks and meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software
