  • Job Responsibilities as a School Administration will include:

  • To be responsible for the efficient day to day school administration and operation of the School's reception area
  • Being the first point of call for all visitors, ensuring they are welcomed and safely admitted to the school
  • Liaising with visitors, staff, parents and children effectively to ensure the smooth running of the school
  • Ensuring the provision of a welcoming, tidy and efficient school office and reception area
  • Communicating sensitively and appropriately with children, dealing with their queries, checking those who are sick and contacting parents, in line with school policies
  • Contributing to the provision of first aid for children, staff and visitors
  • The provision for each new enquiry of accurate, detailed information about the school, its mission, and curriculum
  • These are some of the requirements that we need from you :

  • Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get one
  • Candidate should have Right to work in UK - this is essential
  • Relevant experience along with 2 recent professional references
  • Considerable experience of the schools computerised database, SIMS
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to set and work to agreed targets and work schedules
