About the Role:

• Lead successful delivery of digital products and services across the organization and to clients.
• Manage product backlogs across multiple software development streams.
• Embed agile principles, methods, and practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with technical leads, solution architects, and stakeholders to shape sprint plans.

What You'll Do:

• Drive delivery across multiple software streams and technologies.
• Conduct day-to-day Scrum Master responsibilities, including sprint reporting.
• Collaborate closely with the product team on requirements and priorities.
• Manage project interdependencies, estimation, milestones, and backlogs.
• Lead continuous improvement processes and coach teams for performance.

• Experienced in managing delivery across multiple software teams.
• Proficient in agile principles with previous Scrum Master experience.
