Role Overview:

The Branch Manager is a key position within the Group, mainly focused on growth and development of the Milk brand and services across their region. As part of the management team, this role will have the ability to instil change and champion the company values and vision within their region. This is not a billing role but will need to bill to build (initially).

Responsibilities:

  • To train, guide, empower and motivate your team to achieve their assigned goals
  • Champion Inclusion and Diversity in line with the brand.
  • Grow long lasting partnerships with Schools and Academy Trusts.
  • Reporting directly in to the Commercial Director and with regular liaison with the Group Managing Director, the Branch Manager will have autonomy over the branch
  • To grow and develop the team, working closely with Talent Team.
  • Grow branch revenue through effective management
  • Drive YOY growth across the team.
  • Increase headcount through effective management.
  • Grow and develop clients through effective Account management and Business development.
  • To effectively manage the team through effective monitoring of daily targets.
  • Highlight and celebrate high performing staff (i.e. promotions, gifts of recognition)
  • To ensure your team is well planned and productive during working hours.
  • Key holder for the Branch, The BM will monitor and report on any H&S and Fire Safety initiatives.
  • Work closely with the SMT to ensure effective delivery of team objectives and spearhead any team related projects
  • To deliver and implement strategies relating to the team
  • Grow and develop a successful recruitment desk within the respective market
  • Deal with any team related issues, up until HR involvement
  • Manage team annual leave to ensure operational efficiency
  • Work with Internal Recruitment to highlight and induct new talent across the Branch.
  • Maintain a positive and productive culture within the team.
  • Working with peers to gain insight into better working practices
  • Heading up daily, weekly and monthly meetings with branch team members
  • Taking the lead on Monthly meetings to communicate business success and development areas
