Apply NowThe Bank of England and Inspire People are partnering together to attract a high-calibre Business Process Analyst with a solid track record of process mapping, modelling and re-engineering with strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0 to play a pivotal role in an organisation at the front row for the digitalisation of the financial sector and the UK economy. You will help set the strategic direction for their Talent & Development initiative and act as the central point of contact for all things related to business processes. £59,850 basic plus 8% cash benefits allowance, 10-25% annual bonus, a non-contributory pension and other benefits. Hybrid working opportunities are available with 2 days a week working from the Bank’s London site. 21 Month Fixed Term Contract.

Job Description
The Senior Business Analyst is required to be a specialist in Business Processes. They will work in partnership with the business to help understand, analyse, document, challenge and propose new ways to tackle process related change. The Senior BA, will apply a combination of techniques such as Lean / Six Sigma to help the organisation, remove inefficiencies and improve the customer experience through improved business processes.
The projects sit within Central Services which is diverse and complex so a variety of skills will be required, including, but not restricted to understanding organisational business processes, leading and facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders and being able to propose new ways to embed processes that align to the remit of processes simplification and the removal of inefficiencies.
Responsibilities
o Approach to business process analysis.
o Development of business process delivery plans with associated artefacts.
o Lead the Business Analysis representation at various meetings.
