Our client is looking to strengthen their CAD Team with a Senior or Principal CAD Technician with hybrid working available.

The successful candidate will need extensive experience in the application of Common Engineering Software and IT and should have a strong working and theoretical understanding of 3D modelling standards and related QA processes.

The CAD Technician Job: * Ensuring designs are completed in accordance with CDM Regulations * Managing all workloads * Acting as Digital Delivery Champion * Coordinating Design Outputs across all technical disciplines * Raising and resolution of technical queries * To form working relationships with construction staff and supply chain representatives to promote efficiency in design outputs The successful CAD Technician will have: * Experience in an Engineering environment * 2D Drafting Skills and 3D Modelling Skills * Autodesk Revit and other 3D applications skills * Bentley ProjectWise experience * Extensive experience in the use and application of Common Engineering Software and IT * Understanding of 3D Modelling Standards and QA Processes * Key interests in the detail of how Civil Structures come together * Ability to set targets to manage and motivate Multi-Disciplinary Teams to deliver to time, cost and quality objectives Company Benefits: * Hybrid Working * Car or Car Allowance * 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays (with an additional 5 days available to purchase) * Contribution Pension scheme * Life Assurance * Health Insurance * Private Medical Insurance * Plus many more benefits including – Cycle to Work Scheme, Discounts and Savings Hub If you are interested in the above CAD Technician role, please click the ‘apply now’ button.
